Because we seek distinctive candidates, our interview process is thorough and progresses through a series of steps including the completion of an application and several assessments, moving to face-to-face interviews. The process allows you to learn more about Texans and for us to find out more about your qualifications as a candidate. Incoming resumes are reviewed against our current needs and candidates with appropriate backgrounds are invited into the recruiting process.
Candidates who are selected to go through the offer phase will be required to go through a thorough background screening process. Please note, the background screening process will include but not be limited to the verification of education and employment, reference checks, credit and felony checks, and a drug test.
