Texans Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees. Full-time employees of Credit Union Liquidity Services, a subsidiary of Texans Credit Union, are also eligible for these same great benefits.

• Medical - Texans offers a PPO medical plan to all full-time employees and their families.
• Dental - Texans offers a PPO dental plan to all full-time employees and their families.
• Vision - Texans also offers a vision plan to all full-time employees and their families. Coverage includes eye exams and materials.
• Free Advocacy Service - For full-time employees and their families with health coverage.

Life and Disability

• Supplemental Life - Life insurance is available for purchase at negotiated rates for full-time employees, spouses and dependent children.
• Voluntary AD&D - Accidental death and dismemberment at negotiated rates for full-time employees and spouse coverage.
• Disability Insurance - Disability insurance is available for purchase for full-time employees to provide a stream of income replacement for short and long-term medical leaves of absence.
• Employer-paid group life insurance for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Travel accident insurance to employees with the need to travel between branches.

Retirement

• 401(k) Plan - All employees (full-time and peak-time) are eligible for enrollment on their date of hire and can contribute up to 100% of eligible compensation to the plan maximum (annual contribution of $17,500 or $23,000 if over 50 years of age).

Wellness and Lifestyle

• Employee Assistance Program - The EAP provides confidential telephone assessment and counseling for work, family, legal, mental health, dependency and financial matters.
• Flexible Spending - Health care and dependent care accounts offering tax advantaged savings for full-time employees.

Paid Time Off

• PTO - Full-time employees accrue time off based upon years of service. In the first year of full-time employment, PTO accrued equates to 3 weeks of paid time off.
• Holidays - Full-time employees receive up to 10 paid holidays annually.
