Missing Transactions in Online Banking History
Your history in Online Banking may not display all transactions that have been posted to your account. The issue with transactions not displaying in Online Banking is a caching issue. The issue occurs when you perform a date range search that includes transactions that have an Effective Date and a Transaction Date that are different, and the initial date range does not include both the Effective Date and the Transaction Date.

Avast! Anti-Virus Software - Reporting new Online Banking as Trojan Horse
Members are reporting that their Avast! Anti-Virus Software is reporting our new Online Banking site as a Trojan Horse after logging into their account, and the software is then blocking the member from going any further into Online Banking. This appears to be a false positive and it affects multiple websites & programs. 
Avast! has resolved this issue by asking that anyone who receives this error update to Avast! definition update 120828-2.  If you are still unable to access our site even with this update, please contact the Avast! support team at 1-866-951-7679 or visit the Avast! Support Page online and submit a "Request Support" ticket.

Quicken - Members cannot access
Our Quicken contacts are working with members who are experiencing issues directly to learn more about this problem and get it resolved ASAP.

Mobile Device Activation
Some members are having issues activating their mobile device. At this time, this is not a widespread issue, but if you are having issues activating your mobile device with our new Online Banking system, please contact us via email at

Please make sure to select "Texans Credit Union" and NOT the Texans Business Option ("Texans Credit Union / Business").  This should sync up with your account.

Expedited Bill Payment - Not working
We have escalated this issue with our bill payment service provider to get this resolved ASAP.

Slow Performance within Site
Some members have noticed a slower performance on the new site.  Our Online Banking partner is looking into improving the speed of the servers to bring the performance speed back up to the usual, quicker processing speed.
Servers should be running smoothly now.
