Certificates of Deposit (CD’s)
Certificates of deposit earn a guaranteed rate of return over a specified amount of time. Interest is paid monthly, and you can choose a term ranging from 91 days to 60 months for the ultimate in flexibility!
You can reinvest your interest in your certificate or have it transferred to another Texans share or checking account. CD balances are available for viewing through Online Banking. As with all certificates of deposit, a penalty will be assessed for early withdrawal and could reduce earnings on the account.
About Texans CD’s
You will be paid the specified rate for the entire term of the certificate. Texans CD’s will renew automatically and have a grace period of ten (10) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds.
- Opening deposit of $1,000
- Choose a Regular, IRA, Roth IRA and Coverdell Education Savings Account (CESA).

- 91 Day (Not available for IRA or CESA)
- 182 Day (Not available for CESA)
- 12 Month
- 18 Month
- 24 Month
- 36 Month
- 48 Month
- 60 Month
