*Federal regulations establish the maximum number of remote withdrawal transactions that can be made each statement cycle on Money Market and Share Accounts. Members may not make more than six transfers and/or withdrawal transactions on their Share Account or Money Market Account using Telephone Access Line, online banking, check card transactions, telephone or written instruction. Transactions made in person, by mail or at an ATM do not apply.
1. Withdrawals that are not used for educational expenses are subject to tax and a 10% additional tax penalty of the earnings. The principal is not subject to tax or penalty.
2. The contributor’s Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) cannot exceed the allowed limits.
