24-hour Account Access Line

The 24-hour Account Access Line is Texans' automated phone account system, designed to give you free access to your accounts any time of the day, from anywhere in the world.

With your member number and self-service PIN, you can use the 24-hour Account Access Line to:

  • Get information on account balances
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Obtain an advance from your Texans Line of Credit
  • Find out if a check has cleared

To use the 24-hour Account Access Line, dial 972.348.2001 or 800.843.6426.
 

 Helpful Information

The first time you access the 24-hour Account Access Line, you will be prompted to create a self-service PIN. Your self-service PIN will be used to access all of your accounts through telephone banking.

Never share your self-service PIN with anyone, and remember that Texans will never ask you to reveal your PIN.

Tips for creating a secure self-service PIN and keeping it safe:

  • Choose a PIN that is hard to guess and not obvious to those who know you
  • Changing PINs often will prevent others from accessing your account
  • Do not write down your PIN with other account numbers
  • Make sure you are not being watched when using the 24-hour Account Access Line
  • Ensure your call is disconnected when you've finished your session
  • If possible, use a password-protected phone when accessing the 24-hour Account Access Line
