Our priority is to keep your account information secure while also providing you with the utmost ease and convenience to access your accounts. There are increased needs for greater security standards to protect your information and accounts. In addition, the government issued updated guidelines requiring enhanced security measures for online banking. Our new security standards make it safer for you to monitor and manage your money while safeguarding against identity theft and fraud. While some may not yet have these requirements in place, all financial institutions are moving toward greater security.
Our Online Banking security upgrade took place on September 10, 2013. This page and the additional resource links at the end can help walk you through the specifics of what changed and what you can expect now.
There was no downtime during the upgrade process. Your username and password did not change. All Bill Pay information carried over (payees, scheduled payments, etc.). This was a simple, minimal-impact upgrade.
Once you log in for the first time after the upgrade, you will be guided through the steps to make sure your account is properly secured. It takes less than five (5) minutes to complete!
The biggest change is that challenge questions are no longer used to verify your identity. Learn more about enhanced multi-factor authentication (EMFA) and how your identity is verified post upgrade.
Interactive Bill Pay Demo - Bill Pay has an updated look with improved functionality, too!
Note: This demo is a public page with no login required - do not post actual account information
