E-Statements
Go Green with Eco-Friendly E-Statements!
Texans' e-statement service is free and allows you to view your monthly account statements online rather than receiving mailed paper statements. E-statements contain all the information of your mailed account statement, with the addition of a few time-saving online features.
Switch to e-statements and you can:
- Stop filing and shredding
- View your statements as soon as they are generated - days before members with paper statements
- Lower your risk of identity theft
- Receive important notices, letters and select tax forms electronically
How does it work?
On approximately the third business day of every month, you will receive an email letting you know that your e-statement has been posted. You can access your e-statements at any time through this website, Texans' Online Banking or the link in your email statement notification.
In addition to e-statements, you will also receive emails that notify you of any important notices, letters or tax forms that post to your account. Instructions on how to view these notices will be provided in the email.
Additional Information:
- Notices and letters will be archived for 90 days
- Statements will be archived for 14 months
- Tax forms will be archived for 2 years
How do I sign up?
Sign up for e-statements here!
Above the log-in fields, you will see a link that reads "If You Have Not Enrolled Yet...". Click on this link. To enroll, you must use the information of the individual who is currently the primary account holder. Once you have completed your enrollment, you will begin receiving e-statements on the next statement cycle.
Please note that members cannot receive both a paper statement and an e-statement.
