Text Message Banking

Accessing your checking and savings account information is now just as easy as sending a text to a friend! No fancy smart phone required!

With text message banking, you can get access to account balances, the last five transactions and transfer funds to your primary account. You can even set up text alerts to be sent to you!

Just send one of the following text messages to the Texans access number (454545), and in seconds you'll get your account information:

Text. . . Function
BAL Primary account balance
BAL ALL All account balances
LAST Last 5 transactions on primary account
BAL CHK Balances of all checking accounts
BAL SAV Balances of all savings accounts
STOP Unenroll from service
HELP Send info on the commands, how to use
TRANS (AMT) Transfers indicated funds to primary account

 

All you have to do is register your mobile device within Online Banking by following these steps:

  1. Under "Account Access", click on "Text Messaging & Notifications"
  2. In the middle of that screen, click on the "Activate" button that's by the text banking ad
  3. Enter your cell phone number on the first screen
  4. Once you receive your activation code via text, enter it on the next screen
  5. Setup your primary accounts and your alerts
