Digital Banking Upgrade
At Texans Credit Union, we always strive to find ways to enhance member service and provide a seamless experience for you. As part of this effort, we will be upgrading our digital banking platform to provide a new, enhanced Online and Mobile Banking experience. The upgrade will allow for a cleaner, faster, and more user-friendly experience, while improving many existing services and transactions within digital banking, and adding many new and exciting services and features.
Remember Your Username and Password (9/20/2022): After the upgrade is completed, you will use your current username and password to log in to your new and improved Texans Online or Mobile Banking account for the first time. Please ensure that you know your current username and password for a smooth transition. If you have trouble remembering your information, it is recommended that you write down your information and keep it stored in a safe and secure place.
Update Your Contact Information (9/15/2022): Throughout the digital banking upgrade process, we will be communicating any changes that will be occurring and any impact to you via email and postal mail. Please check that your mailing address and contact information with Texans CU are up-to-date to ensure you receive all important information regarding the upgrade.
We are excited about the improvements and enhancements this upgrade will bring to your Online and Mobile Banking experience. Some new and improved features you can expect to see are:
- Fully customizable profiles, including profile nicknames, add profile photos, and account nicknames
- Enroll in or make changes to your Overdraft Protection or Courtesy Pay services
- Skip an eligible loan payment
- Updated, easy to use Transfer Money experience
- New Credit Connection tool
- Plus, so much more!
In the coming weeks, we will be adding resources to help you get started with your new digital banking experience, walk through new and updated features, and navigate Online and Mobile Banking following the update.
