Per Dallas County Order, those visiting the following branches are required to wear a mask or face-covering: Campbell Road, Garland, Irving Blvd., Preston and Forest, and Telecom. We kindly ask that you wear a mask or face-covering while inside our other branches as well, as our employees will be wearing them for their safety and yours.

We're excited to announce the expansion of services available within our lobbies effective June 1, 2020. At this time we are requiring that you make an appointment prior to visiting a branch. In order to comply with social distancing practices, we are limiting capacity within each location. Simply click this link to contact your preferred branch and submit your appointment request.

For the health and safety of our staff and members, we've implemented the following practices:

  • Observance of social distancing guidelines
  • Hand sanitizing stations in each lobby
  • Protective shields installed throughout each branch
  • Our team is regularly disinfecting all surfaces

We kindly ask that you wear a mask or face-covering while inside the branch as our employees will be wearing them for their safety and yours.

We continue to encourage members to utilize digital channels and ATMs when possible. We will also continue to offer expanded drive-thru service for your convenience.

As the state of Texas begins to reopen, we want to reassure you that Texans is taking the safety of you, our members, and our staff seriously by following guidelines laid out by Governor Abbott and the CDC. At this time, we intend to keep all branch lobbies closed, with the exception of select services which can be completed by appointment only.
 
Effective May 4, the following services may be completed inside a branch lobby by appointment only:

  • Safe Deposit Box access
  • Notary Services
  • Real Estate Loan closings

If you would like to make an appointment for one of the above services, please reach out to your preferred branch location directly.

Interested in skipping your auto or personal loan payment? Simply review the information below and then contact us to start your request.

Keep in mind not all loans are eligible for a skip payment. Please review the below requirements before submitting your request:

  • The following loan types are eligible for a Skip-A-Pay: Auto, Personal
  • A $35 fee is assessed at the time of Skip-A-Pay
  • You may not have had a Skip-A-Pay within the last six (6) months, or two (2) within the last twelve (12) months
  • You may not have had four (4) total Skip-A-Pays during the life of your loan
  • Your Texans CU accounts must be in good standing at the time of Skip-A-Pay processing; processing can take up to three business days from the time of submission

We intend to follow Governor Greg Abbott's call for social distancing and expect to keep all branch lobbies closed until April 30. Our drive-thrus and electronic channels remain open and ready to serve you! As many of you may be aware, Dallas County has issued a Shelter in Place order that will go in effect Monday, March 23, at 11:59 pm. We want to reassure you that financial institutions, including Texans Credit Union, are considered an essential business and we will remain ready and able to serve you during this time.

At this time, regular banking activities can be performed at branch drive-thrus, ATMs, through online and mobile banking, and over the phone through our Member Connect representatives. Our branch lobbies remain closed at least through April 4, 2020. We have created this resource for you to view the ways in which you can complete regular branch services.
