Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Benjamin (Ben) Hart is the Chief Financial Officer of Texans Credit Union. He has served in that capacity since July 2020.  Ben is a native Texan and has lived most of his life in places such as Post, Lubbock, Abilene, Austin, and McKinney, Texas. He earned a B.A. degree in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2000. He later earned his MBA degree from Texas Tech in 2018, while serving as a credit union CFO. In addition, his career includes time with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), where he served as Deputy Director of Supervision for Region IV, and was a graduate of the NCUA Management Development Program.

Ben has over 20 years of credit union experience and is passionate about the credit union movement.
