Annual Audit Notice As part of the Texans Credit Union annual audit, our auditor, Doeren Mayhew Associates, will be mailing account confirmation letters to a sample group of our membership in November. These letters will ask you to verify September 2024 month end balances on your accounts. Separate letters will be mailed for deposit accounts and loan accounts. All responses should be mailed directly to the auditing firm using the prepaid postage envelopes provided in the mailing.

    Checking Account FAQs

    To report a lost or stolen card, log in to your Digital Banking account and choose Card Management. Hover over the image of the lost debit card, then select Manage Card. Click the Lost or Stolen button, and choose either Report as Lost or Report as Stolen. To order a replacement card, please visit a branch or call us at 972.348.2000.
    We offer the My Texans Interest Checking specifically for members who keep higher balances in their checking account. This account earns interest, receives one free cashier’s check per month, as well as one free box of Texans Credit Union custom checks per year. We also offer money market accounts, which may be a better option for you if you’re looking for higher returns.
    No, a wire transfer differs from a regular payroll or government direct deposit. However, you can waive the monthly service charge by signing up for e-statements.

    *Monthly service fee of $5 is waived with any monthly direct deposit or enrollment in e-Statements. Monthly paper statement fee of $2 is waived with enrollment in e-Statements.
