Checking Account and Debit Card FAQ

To report your card lost or stolen, first log in to your Digital Banking account, then select Card Management. Hover over the image of the lost debit card and select Manage Card. Select the Lost or Stolen button, then select Report as Lost or Report as Stolen. You will need to visit a branch or call us at 972.348.2000 to order a replacement card.
