To report your card lost or stolen, hover over the image of the desired debit card within Card Management and select Manage Card. Select the Lost or Stolen button, then select Report as Lost or Report as Stolen. You will need to visit a branch or call us at 972.348.2000 to order a replacement card.
Our system will automatically increase the credit limits from time to time (with no effect on your credit score), especially if you keep your income information up-to-date and have a good payment history. However, not everyone will receive an automatic increase. You can increase the credit card limit with the help of one of our representatives by phone at 972.348.2000 or at your local branch.
We will charge a fee for using your credit card for foreign currency transactions. 1% of each transaction after conversion to US dollars.
If you’re approved, you should receive your Texans credit card, credit limit information, and welcome materials by mail within approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Yes, you can add authorized users. Call the numbers on the back of your card. Please note that to add an authorized user to your account, you must be the primary cardholder. Adding authorized users can be done only if you’ve already been approved—not during the application process. We only offer the option for Joint applicant at this time, but you may add an authorized user after your account is opened.
