Jenni Short assumed the role of Chief People Officer in 2020 after serving as the Director of Human Resources for two years. Joining Texans Credit Union in 2018, she has been responsible for a positive cultural shift within the organization overseeing the Human Resources and Training and Development departments. Prior to Texans, Jenni spent 13 years with Target, Corp. and has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience. Jenni graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources. She is a Senior Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
