Mike McWethy has served as Executive Vice President of Texans Credit Union since 2024. He joined the organization in 2020 and previously served as Chief Experience Officer, helping lead the credit union’s member experience and strategic growth initiatives.

A native of the DFW area, he joined the credit union in 2020 and oversees Lending, Marketing, IT, and Retail Operations. McWethy’s previous work experience includes leadership roles throughout the financial services industry, including other credit unions, a banking software company, and a large corporate bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School in Fort Worth, TX.

Mike has a passion for digital services, personal service, and organizational development. With the help of his leadership, Texans CU continues to expand its reach online and in the community.
