Mike McWethy was promoted to Executive Vice President of Texans Credit Union in 2024 after four years as the Chief Experience Officer. A native of the DFW area, he joined the credit union in 2020 and oversees the Lending, Marketing, IT, and Retail Operations areas. McWethy’s previous work experience includes leadership roles throughout the financial services industry, including other credit unions, a banking software company, and a large corporate bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School in Fort Worth, TX.

Mike has a passion for digital services, personal service, and organizational development. With the help of his leadership, Texans CU continues to expand its reach online and in the community.
