Richardson, TX (June 10, 2021) – Texans Credit Union President and CEO, David Frazier, is pleased to announce the addition of two Directors to the Texans CU Senior Leadership team. Jian Jun (JJ) Bai has been hired as the Director of IT Development and Host Systems while Krysten Koval has been promoted to the role of Director of Marketing.

“JJ is a highly regarded talent in the credit union industry and we are fortunate to have him joining our IT team. The addition of his talent will help drive Texans’ Credit Union forward and elevate both the member and employee experiences." stated Frazier.

Mike McWethy, Chief Experience Officer, will oversee both of these new roles. "It's always a boost to the team to see a strong internal contributor get promoted. Koval has proven herself to be a true asset to Texans Credit Union and her strong drive will be integral in Texans continued success,” McWethy stated.

JJ Bai has worked in the credit union industry as a programmer for more than 18 years. He most recently served as the VP of Programming and Host Operations at aCredit Union in Houston, TX. JJ has extensive knowledge on many top core operating systems, and is well-known for his ability to create an elevated memberexperience through Digital Banking Systems, Card Payment Systems, and other online services. He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science.

Krysten Koval has been part of Texans Credit Union for five years, and has recently been named the Director of Marketing. During her career at Texans, Krysten has served in a variety of roles in the Marketing department, most recently as Senior Marketing Manager. Prior to Texans, Krysten worked in sports marketing creating marketplace strategies for the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, and USA Gymnastics. She graduated from Brigham Young University with aBachelors in Advertising Design.
