Richardson, TX (June 15, 2020) – Texans Credit Union President and CEO, David Frazier, is pleased to announce Benjamin Hart as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer. Hart will join Texans on July 6, 2020

Ben’s financial and regulatory expertise coupled with his commitment to excellent member service and a strong team culture make Ben a valuable addition to Texans Credit Union,” Frazier stated. Hart joins Texans from Texas Tech Federal Credit Union ($250M in assets) in Lubbock, TX

where he’s served as the Chief Financial Officer for the last four years. Prior to Texas Tech Federal Credit Union, Ben held several positions within the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) including Deputy Director of Supervision and multiple Examiner roles. He spent four years with the Texas Credit Union Department (TCUD) as a Financial Examiner. Ben is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance as well as a Master’s of Business Administration.
