Richardson, Texas (Sept. 17, 2026) — Texans Credit Union announced the promotion of Matt Spieler to Vice President of Credit & Fraud Solutions, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the credit union’s Collections and Fraud departments.

As Vice President of Credit & Fraud Solutions, Spieler will provide strategic leadership over the Collections and Fraud departments. He will also oversee delinquency and recovery operations and work closely with other departments to develop proactive solutions that support Texans Credit Union’s financial health while continuing to deliver exceptional service to members.

Spieler, who previously served as Director of Collections, brings nearly 15 years of experience with Texans Credit Union. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated leadership and expertise, protecting the credit union from losses and enhancing member security. As Director of Collections, Spieler oversaw the Collections department, maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency while advancing technology to enhance member communications.
