The call center at Texans Credit Union, also called our Member Connect Team, works directly with more than 1,000 members each day, providing support, answering questions, and troubleshooting concerns. Our Member Connect teammates deliver exceptional experiences by quickly solving issues over the phone to drive member satisfaction and improve members’ financial well-being.
Since joining Texans Credit Union, I have had the opportunity to work in various departments and expand my knowledge. This has allowed me to not only create a better member experience, but also meet some great coworkers. I am very proud to be a part of a credit union that treats you like family. I love Team Texans!
