April is Credit Union Youth Month, a nationwide celebration centered on one important goal: partnering with families to help kids and teens build confidence on their financial journey. This year, Texans Credit Union is bringing the excitement of soccer and the FIFA World Cup to Youth Month. With Texas hosting some of the action, we’re channeling that same energy into our branches and communities—creating fun, welcoming experiences that help young members develop healthy money habits that can last a lifetime.
Whether your child is opening their very first account or learning how to manage money more independently, Youth Month is about meeting them where they are and helping them take the next step.

Texans Credit Union is your Assistant Coach, working alongside you to support, encourage, and reinforce those lessons. Through tools, guidance, and real world experiences, we help make money management conversations feel easier, more natural, and more meaningful.

Game Day Saturdays – Join the Fun
Every Saturday in April, Texans Credit Union branches will host Game Day Saturdays, inspired by the excitement of soccer and the World Cup.
Families are invited to stop by and enjoy:

Youth Savings Accounts are available for children ages 0–17 and must be opened with an adult joint owner. Minimum deposit of $5 is required. To receive the $100 bonus, open a new Youth Savings Account between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026, and deposit $100 by May 30, 2026. Bonus will be deposited into the Youth Savings Account within 4–6 weeks after qualification requirements are met. Accounts at Texans must be in good standing (no past due or overdrawn accounts) at the time the bonus is credited. Limit one $100 bonus per youth membership and per youth savings account. Bonuses are considered interest and will be reported to the IRS as required. This offer can change at any time without notice.
